Trace the foot, make sure you stay as close as possible to the heel and toes.
Measure the point from your heel to the longest toe, This is your Heel-to Toe length.
These are EU sizes.
Foot measures 22cm = EU 36 24cm = EU 38 25cm = EU 39-40 26cm = EU 42 28cm = EU 44 30cm = EU 46
